Ordering: You can order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, Order by phone 9am - 9pm, 7 days a week  at 866-481-3019, or by fax 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 909-348-7654.

Payment:  We accept Personal Checks, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, Credit Cards and PayPal. Sorry No CODs. Personal checks must clear before your order can be shipped, this can take 10-14 days.

Shipping:  We currently ship using USPS Priority Mail and Parcel Post

Shipping Time:  Orders are shipped within 24-72 hours for all in stock items via USPS. Orders should arrive within 3 to 7 days to most areas. 

International Shipping:  Please email us at customerservice@minimagstands.com before placing an order to get a quote on shipping. Please be aware, often U.S. import shipments are held by the destination country's customs and/or postal authorities until the applicable duties and import taxes are paid by the recipient.  Usually, unclaimed or unpaid shipments are only held for 30 days before being returned to the U.S.  We are not responsible for customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country and can not refund shipping charges for unclaimed/returned shipments.  Refer to our online order form to determine your shipping charge and add this amount to your order form.

Refund & Exchange:  We want you to be completely satisfied with your order!  If you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply return it to us within 15 days of receipt.  To receive a refund or exchange, please make sure the product is still in the same condition which received with the original packaging and any paperwork that was sent with it.  Sorry, shipping charges cannot be refunded unless the product is damaged,defective or  improperly shipped.
